To be a living expression of God's love with persons in need by providing:
      • Emergency food assistance
      • Financial aid
      • Emotional & spiritual nurturing.

To mentor, foster vision & support the transition to self sufficiency,
including facilitating access to other helping organizations.

To assist participating congregations by providing:
      • A channel for cooperative benevolent aid in the name of Christ
      • Opportunities for direct ministry to members of constituent congregations.
